99exch com Login Password: What Breaks a Sign-In and How to Fix It
Most "99exch com login password" searches are a player locked out on a match night. This page walks through each cause in the order we actually see them on the desk, and what fixes it.
When someone messages us "99exch login not working", the password is the real problem less than half the time. The rest is the link, the browser, or a session that was already open somewhere else. So before you ask for a reset, run through the list below. It takes two minutes and it keeps your 99exch com login password out of chats where it does not need to be.
The 99exch login screen asks for two things only: username and password. Anything asking for more is not the panel.
What the 99exch com login screen actually wants
The 99exch login form is deliberately plain. One field for the username your desk gave you, one for the password, one button. There is no email field, no mobile number, no OTP box. The username is a short alphanumeric handle, often a name plus digits, and it is not case-sensitive on most panels. The password is case-sensitive everywhere.
The temporary password we send with a new 99exch ID is meant to be used once. The first thing a player should do after a successful 99exch com login is open the account menu, change the password, and write the new one down somewhere that is not the same WhatsApp chat. Players who skip this step are the ones who message us a month later because an auto-filled password stopped matching.
Where the login screen lives
The 99exch panel is reached on whichever address your desk sent you. It may be the .com, or an alternative address like 99exch red, 99exch green or the .win extension. They all open the same account. What matters is that the link came from your own desk chat, not from a search result or a forwarded message. Our full 99exch login guide covers the link question in more depth.
Seven causes of a failed 99exch login, ranked by how often we see them
The ranking comes from our own chat history. Work down the table; most cases are solved by row three.
| # | What you see | What is usually going on | Fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | "Invalid username or password" | Browser auto-filled an old saved password, or caps lock | Open a private window, type both by hand, check the keyboard language |
| 2 | Login works, balance shows zero or a different number | You are on a different 99exch panel from the one your ID is on | Stop. Compare the address with the one in your desk chat before doing anything |
| 3 | Page keeps returning to the login form | Cookies blocked, an ad blocker, or a very old browser | Allow cookies for the panel, pause the blocker, update Chrome or Safari |
| 4 | "Session expired" or logged out mid-match | The same ID opened on another device, or the mobile connection dropped | Log in again; check the bet list first. If you did not open a second device, change the password |
| 5 | "User blocked" or "Account locked" | Too many wrong attempts, or the ID was paused | Message the desk with your username. Only the issuing desk can unlock it |
| 6 | Page will not open at all | The 99exch address is blocked on your network or has changed | Ask the desk for the current extension address. Do not search for one |
| 7 | A page asks for OTP, UPI PIN or card number to "verify login" | Clone or phishing page | Close it. No 99exch com login needs any of those |
How a 99exch password reset really works
There is no "forgot password" link on a 99exch panel and there never has been. The panel has no email address or mobile number for you, because the ID was created by a desk, not by a signup form. So the reset path is the desk.
- Message the desk that issued the ID from the same WhatsApp number you used to get it. Send your username. Do not send the old password; we do not need it.
- We check the chat history to confirm the ID was created for you. This is the whole security model, which is why we ask players to keep using the same number.
- We reset from the agent side and send a new temporary password in the chat.
- You log in and change it immediately, then delete the message with the temporary password.
If you have changed your WhatsApp number since the ID was made, tell us the old number and a few details only the account holder would know, such as the approximate date of your last deposit. We will verify the slow way rather than hand an ID to the wrong person.
The second password: withdrawal
Most 99exch panels keep a separate withdrawal password. You set it the first time you request a payout, and the panel asks for it on every withdrawal after that. It exists so that someone who gets hold of your login password still cannot move money out. Treat it like a bank PIN: different from the login password, never shared, never typed into a chat.
If you forget the withdrawal password, the reset path is the same desk chat. The only difference is that we are more careful. Expect us to ask a verification question before we reset the password that controls payouts. Our 99exch withdrawal guide covers what happens after the password step.
Password habits that stop most 99exch login problems
- Change the temporary password on the first login and never reuse it on another site.
- Let the browser save the new one only if the phone itself is locked with a PIN or biometrics.
- If you share a phone with family, log out of 99exch after each session instead of relying on the one-session rule.
- Change the password immediately after any session you did not start, and tell the desk.
Clone login pages: how a 99exch password gets stolen
Nobody breaks into a 99exch panel to steal a password. They set up a page that looks like the 99exch login, buy an ad or post the link in a cricket group, and wait for people to type their username and password in. The page shows an error, the player tries again on the real panel and gets in, and never realises the first attempt went somewhere else.
Three checks that catch nearly every clone:
- The address. It should match, character for character, the 99exch address in your desk chat. "99exch-login" with a hyphen, or an extra word before the dot, is not the panel.
- The fields. A real 99exch login has username and password only. OTP, email, UPI, card or "verification fee" means leave.
- The arrival. If you got there from a search result, a Telegram forward or an ad, close it and open the link from your desk chat instead. The ad and the panel are rarely the same thing.
If you think you typed your 99exch com login password into a clone, message the desk and ask for an immediate reset, then check your bet list and statement for anything you did not place. The is 99exch safe guide goes into the wider risks.
Login on mobile, and the m home question
On a phone, the 99exch panel serves a mobile layout. Some players know its address as 99exch com m home, because that is the path the mobile lobby lands on after login. If the desktop layout keeps failing on a phone, try the mobile path; if the mobile layout fails, try requesting the desktop site from the browser menu. The 99exch app page explains why the browser version is what we recommend over any APK.
If you have a new 99exch ID and the very first login fails, the most common cause is a copy-paste that picked up a space at the end of the temporary password. Type it instead. If that fails too, the desk can confirm the username spelling and send a fresh temporary password in the same chat.
99exch login fixes, browser by browser
The 99exch panel is a web application, so half of all "password not working" cases are really browser cases. The symptoms look identical. The fixes are not. Find your browser below.
Chrome on Android
Chrome saves passwords per domain. When the desk moves you from the .com to an extension such as .red, Chrome has no saved password for the new domain and may offer one from a similarly named clone you once visited. Tap the key icon above the keyboard, check which saved entry it is offering, and type the password by hand if in doubt. If the login loops back to the form, open Settings, Site settings, Cookies, and make sure cookies are allowed for the panel. Data Saver and Lite mode can also strip the scripts the login needs; switch them off for the panel.
Samsung Internet
Samsung's browser has its own password manager and its own tracker blocker. The blocker occasionally classifies the panel's session script as a tracker. Open the shield icon in the address bar and disable Smart anti-tracking for the panel. Then clear the saved password entry and log in fresh.
Safari on iPhone
Safari fills passwords from iCloud Keychain and autofill is aggressive. If the field shows a password you did not type, tap it, choose "Other passwords" and verify the entry's website matches the panel. Safari also blocks cross-site tracking by default, which is fine, but "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" combined with a content blocker extension can break the login redirect. Disable the content blocker for the panel.
Firefox
Enhanced Tracking Protection in Strict mode breaks more login flows than any other single setting we see. Click the shield icon and turn protection off for the panel. Firefox also keeps logins per exact domain, so the extension question applies here too.
Any browser: the private window test
Open a private or incognito window, paste the panel link from your desk chat, and type the username and password by hand. If it works there, the problem is saved data in your normal window: a stale password or a stale cookie. Clear site data for the panel only, not for everything.
What the desk can and cannot see during a 99exch login problem
Players sometimes ask us to "check why the login is failing" as if we have a log of their attempts. Here is what the agent side of a 99exch panel actually shows, so you know what to send us and what we cannot answer.
| The desk can see | The desk cannot see |
|---|---|
| Whether the username exists under our agent account | Which password you typed |
| Whether the ID is active, paused or blocked | Which browser or device you used |
| Your balance and exposure | Which extension address you were on |
| Your bet list and statement | Whether a clone page captured your details |
| When the ID was created and by whom | Your IP, location or network operator |
That is why we ask for a screenshot with the address bar visible. It is the one piece of information we cannot get from our side and the one that solves most cases. Send the screenshot, the username and the exact error text. Do not send the password; we never need it.
Three 99exch login cases from the desk, anonymised
Patterns are easier to recognise in stories than in tables. These three are typical of the messages a desk gets in a week.
Case one: "Password changed itself"
A player logged in daily for a month, then one evening the password was rejected. He had not changed it. We checked: the ID was active, balance unchanged, no unfamiliar bets. The address in his screenshot had an extra word before the dot. He had tapped a search result instead of his pinned icon. The clone rejected every password because it was collecting them. We reset the password, he logged in on the real address, and we told him to delete the search shortcut. Nothing was lost because he came to us the same evening.
Case two: "Logged out every ten minutes"
A player kept getting bounced to the login form mid-match. Not a password problem; the same ID was open on her brother's phone, who had the login saved from an earlier visit. Every login on one phone ended the session on the other. One password change fixed it, plus a conversation at home.
Case three: "Login works, balance is zero"
The most alarming one. A player logged in and saw a zero balance where there should have been several thousand. The address was a legitimate 99exch extension, but not one from our desk; his username happened to exist under another agent on that panel version. He was logging into a different account with the same name. We sent the correct link, his balance was intact, and he now checks the address before he checks the balance.
How a 99exch session lives and dies
Knowing when the panel ends a session on its own stops a lot of unnecessary password resets.
- Login. The panel issues a session tied to your browser. Closing the tab does not end it on most versions; reopening within a short window lands you back in the lobby.
- Idle timeout. After a period with no activity the session expires and the next action returns you to the login. Normal. Not a security event.
- Second device. A login elsewhere ends this session. If you did not do it, change the password.
- Password change. Changing the password ends all other sessions. Use this deliberately after any doubt.
- Desk reset. When we reset your password, every existing session dies. Expect to log in fresh on each device.
- Extension switch. Moving from .com to .green is a new domain, so a new login. Your session does not carry across.
A ten-point checklist before you ask for a reset
- Is the address bar identical to the link in your desk chat?
- Did you arrive from your pinned icon or from a search?
- Did you type the password or did the browser fill it?
- Is caps lock or a different keyboard language on?
- Does a private window behave the same?
- Are cookies allowed for the panel?
- Is an ad blocker, tracker blocker or data saver active?
- Could the ID be open on another device?
- Did the desk recently tell you the extension changed?
- Is the error "invalid password" or "user blocked"? They need different fixes.
If you get to ten and it still fails, send the screenshot and username. A reset takes a few minutes, and nothing on the account changes except the password.
99exch com login password: questions we get most
No. Most 99exch panels keep two passwords. The login password opens the account; the withdrawal password is asked for only when you request a payout. Changing one does not change the other, and the desk can reset either one separately.
Three common reasons: the browser auto-filled an older saved password over the one you typed; caps lock or a keyboard language switch changed a letter; or you are on a different 99exch panel address from the one your ID was created on. Type by hand, in a private window, on the link from your desk chat.
No. 99exch panels do not send reset emails or OTPs. A reset is done by the desk that issued the ID, from the agent side of the panel. Any page that offers a 99exch password reset by email, OTP or UPI PIN is not the panel.
In our chat it is usually a few minutes during the day. You send the username, we confirm it is your ID from the chat history, reset it, and send a temporary password. You then change it on first login.
Not with the username alone. They would also need the password, which is why we tell players to change the temporary password immediately and never type it into a page that arrived by forward or search result.
Most panels allow one active session per ID. If the same login opens on a second device, the first one is signed out. A dropped mobile connection during a live market can also end the session. Log in again and check the bet list before placing anything new.
