Short, direct answers to the questions we are asked most on WhatsApp.
These answers come from the chat. If your question is about a specific payment or bet, the quickest fix is usually to message us with your username and the details listed on the contact page. For the step-by-step login walkthrough, see the 99Exch login guide.
ID and login
Message us on WhatsApp and say you want a new ID. We set it up on the panel and send you the username, a temporary password and the panel link it works on. Change the password on first login. The full process is on the Get 99Exch ID page.
A name to put on the account, the username you would like, and whether you will deposit by UPI or bank transfer. That is all. We never ask for your password, OTP, UPI PIN or card details.
Send your username to the agent who created the ID. They reset it from their side of the panel and send a new temporary password. Panels have no "forgot password" email link, so ignore any page that offers one.
Usually a typo, caps lock, or the browser auto-filling an old password. Type both by hand; they are case-sensitive. If it still fails, you may be on a different panel from the one your ID was made on, so check the link with us.
Yes. Ask for a demo ID on WhatsApp. It runs on play balance, so you can learn the back and lay columns and the bet slip without risking money.
Yes, it is the same login in any browser. Most panels allow one active session at a time, so logging in on one device usually signs you out on the other.
Deposits and withdrawals
Ask for payment details in your WhatsApp chat, pay by UPI or bank transfer, then send us the UTR or screenshot. We load the same amount onto your ID. Only pay details sent in your current chat. Step by step: 99exch deposit guide.
Your username, the amount, the time you paid, and the UTR (the 12-digit reference in your UPI app or bank statement). A screenshot of the payment helps. With the UTR we can match your payment quickly, even when many players pay the same amount.
The panel sets the minimums and they can change, so we do not print them here. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the current figures in writing before you pay.
Money tied up in open bets (shown as exposure) cannot be withdrawn until those bets settle. Check your bet list, wait for settlement, then request the withdrawal. More in the withdrawal guide.
We pay withdrawals to a UPI ID or bank account in your own name. Third-party payouts are the most common cause of delays and disputes, so we avoid them.
Betting basics
Back means betting that something will happen; lay means betting that it will not. Back India at 1.90 for ₹1,000 and you win ₹900 if India win. Lay India at 1.92 for ₹1,000 and you win ₹1,000 if India do not win, but pay ₹920 if they do.
A lay reserves your liability, not your stake. Liability is (odds minus 1) times stake, so laying ₹1,000 at 3.0 reserves ₹2,000. That amount comes back to your balance when the market settles.
Nobody has taken the other side of your bet at that price yet, so it is not live. You can wait, cancel it, or place it at the current price. Always check a bet shows as matched before you assume it counts.
On the runs scored by a set point, such as the end of the 6th over. If the line is No 48 / Yes 49, Yes wins on 49 or more and No wins on 47 or fewer. On exactly 48, both sides lose. See cricket markets explained.
Safety
No. We are an ID provider and support desk for the 99exch exchange. We issue IDs, handle deposits and withdrawals for them, and help with login problems. The exchange software is run by its operator. More on our about page.
Use only the link your agent sent when the ID was created. Walk away if a login page asks for an OTP, UPI PIN or card number, if payment details arrive from a different number, or if anyone asks for an "unlock fee" to release a withdrawal.
No. The panel runs in Chrome or Safari, and you can add it to your home screen for an app-style icon. Be wary of APK files sent over chat; that is a common way clone apps spread. See 99Exch on mobile.
Legal and responsible play
We cannot tell you it is. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 restricts online money games nationally, and several states have their own bans. You are responsible for checking the law where you live. This is not legal advice.
