Privacy Policy

99exch.ind.in is an ID and support desk for the 99exch betting exchange. We are not the company that runs the exchange software. This notice explains what personal information we, the ID desk, handle when you use this website or talk to us on WhatsApp, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have written it in plain English and kept it to what we actually do.

What we collect

Almost everything we hold comes from our WhatsApp chats with you. To set up and run an ID we ask for, or end up with:

• Your name, as you want it on the account.
• Your preferred username and the ID we create for you.
• Your WhatsApp number and the messages, screenshots and voice notes you send us.
• Payment references for deposits, such as the UTR or transaction ID and the amount, so we can match your payment to your ID.
• Payout details you give us for withdrawals, such as a UPI ID or a bank account number, IFSC and account holder name.

We never ask for your panel password, OTP, UPI PIN, card number or CVV, and you should never send them to us or anyone claiming to be us. If you send one by mistake, tell us and we will delete the message.

Why we use it

• To create your ID, reset passwords and help when you cannot log in.
• To credit deposits to the right ID and send withdrawals to the right account.
• To sort out disputes, for example a payment that has not shown up, using the chat history and payment references.
• To spot and stop fraud, such as someone using another person's payment details or pretending to be you.
• To act on requests you make, such as pausing or closing your ID.

We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked to hear from us.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their marketing. It is seen by a small number of others only where that is needed to provide the service:

• WhatsApp (Meta) carries our chats, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Banks and UPI apps process the payments you make to us and the payouts we make to you.
• The 99exch panel holds your ID, balance and bet history. That data sits on the operator's systems, not ours, and the operator's own policies apply to it.
• Authorities, if we are legally required to share information.

This website: cookies and analytics

The site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and it currently runs no analytics, so we do not track which pages you read. A few things still happen when you load a page, as they do on most websites:

• Cloudflare sits in front of the site to protect it from attacks and spam traffic. It processes your IP address and basic request details for that purpose, and may set a security cookie if it needs to check that you are not a bot.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser requests them from Google's servers.

If we ever add analytics, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep chat history and payment records while your ID is active and for a reasonable period after it is closed, so we can deal with late disputes, payment queries or fraud reports. After that we delete what we no longer need. Information you ask us to delete is removed sooner, unless we have to keep a record of a payment to resolve an open issue or meet a legal obligation, in which case we will tell you what we are keeping and why.

Your rights

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to know what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected, and to have it erased when it is no longer needed. In practice you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct a wrong name, number or payout detail;
• delete your chats and details, and close your ID.

Send the request through our contact page or the WhatsApp number you already use with us, from that same number so we know it is really you. We will reply in the chat and confirm once it is done. Deleting our records does not delete data the panel operator holds; we can pass the closure request on, but we cannot control their systems.

Keeping it safe

Access to chats and payment details is limited to the people on the desk who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, so the best protection is not sending anything sensitive in the first place. Read how to keep your ID and money safe for the habits that matter most.

Age

This site and our service are for adults aged 18 and over. If we learn that we have details from someone under 18, we close the ID and delete the data. Our terms of use cover the rest.

Changes

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
