Who runs this site, what we actually do for players, and the rules we work by.
Who we are
99exch.ind.in is run by an ID and support desk for the 99exch betting exchange. In plain terms, we are an agent. We create 99exch IDs for adult players, load balance onto those IDs when they deposit, pay them out when they withdraw, and help when a login or a payment goes wrong. Most of that happens on WhatsApp.
We are not the company that built or runs the 99exch exchange software. We do not control the odds, the market list, the casino games or when the panel goes down for maintenance. When something is the operator's decision, we will tell you that, rather than make a promise only the operator could keep.

One thing players often get wrong: if your ID was made by a different agent, we cannot reset it or see its balance. Panels only let the issuing agent manage an ID. We can still help you work out which panel you are on and who to contact, but the fix has to come from them.
How we handle money
Because IDs are agent-issued, your money passes through us. This is the part of the job we are most careful about, so here is exactly how it works.
- Deposits: you ask for payment details in your chat, pay by UPI or bank transfer, and send us the UTR (the 12-digit reference your bank shows). We match the UTR to our statement and load the same amount onto your ID.
- Withdrawals: you ask to withdraw, we check the amount is free on the panel (not tied up in open bets), and we pay it to a UPI ID or bank account in your own name.
- Minimums and timing: the panel sets the minimum deposit and withdrawal, and they can change. We confirm them on WhatsApp before you pay rather than printing numbers here that may go stale.
- Payment details: ours are only ever sent inside your current chat. If someone forwards you a QR code or account number "from 99exch", do not pay it.
A worked example of why the UTR matters. You pay ₹2,000 at 11:40 p.m. during a busy match and the balance does not appear. Two other players paid ₹2,000 in the same few minutes. Our rules
These are not slogans. They are the lines we hold even when a player is unhappy about it.
18+ only
We do not create IDs for anyone under 18. If we have reason to think a player is underage, we close the ID and return any unused balance to the account it came from.
We close IDs on request
Message us "please close my ID" and we will. We settle any open bets first, pay out the remaining balance, and then block the ID. We will not try to talk you out of it, and we will not reopen it the same night because you changed your mind after a big match. If you want a break rather than a full closure, ask, and we will tell you what the panel allows.
No tips, no fixing claims
Nobody at this desk will sell you a "sure" session or a fixed match, and you should block anyone who offers one in our name. Betting is paid entertainment with real financial risk. The spread, the bookmaker rate and the one-run session gap mean the average player loses over time, and we would rather you know that before your first deposit than after.
The law is your responsibility
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 restricts online money games nationally, and several states have their own bans. Whether you can legally use an exchange depends on where you live. You are responsible for checking that, and nothing on this site is legal advice. More on our responsible gaming page.
How we write and review the guides
The guides on this site are written by the same people who answer the WhatsApp chat. That is deliberate. When the same question comes in again and again ("why did my balance drop more than my stake?", "the session was 48 and I lost both sides"), it becomes a guide, with the arithmetic worked out the way we would explain it in chat.
- Examples use realistic numbers. Odds like 1.90 and session lines like No 48 / Yes 49 are typical of what players see, not promises of what you will get.
- We leave out what we cannot check. We do not publish user counts, payout times, game lists or limits we cannot verify, because the panel can change them without telling us.
- Every page carries a review date. When the panel changes how something works, or a player points out an error, we update the page and change that date.
- No paid placements. We do not accept money to recommend tipsters, apps or other sites.

How to complain
Things go wrong: a deposit gets missed during a rush, a withdrawal goes to the wrong queue, someone on the desk gives a confusing answer. When that happens, we want to hear about it in a way we can actually fix.
- Write "COMPLAINT" at the start of your WhatsApp message, so it is not mixed in with routine requests.
- Include your username, the date and time, the amount, and the UTR if money is involved. Add screenshots of the panel or the payment.
- Say what outcome you want: a credit, a refund, a correction, or simply an explanation.
We reply with what we found and what we are doing about it. If we were wrong, we say so and fix it. If the problem sits with the operator (for example, how a market was settled), we tell you that plainly and pass it on, but we cannot overrule the panel's settlement.
